Trip Report:

There really isn't anything to write a report on here, this series was really just a training climb to strengthen our legs for a possible Rainier climb in July.

For those of you who haven't had the pleasure of dragging yourself to the top of Mailbox, just know that it isn't for the faint of heart. The climb acsends over 4000 in less than 2 miles. So yeah, its pretty much straight up.

We have pushed to the top twice to date, and despite the angle of the trail, it is in very good condition even in early season. The snow at the top can be a bit a annoying, but really that is the only downside. Oh and just so you know, the views truly are worth the work.

Rainier from the top:
Rainier in all its glory.
